Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) on Thursday dubbed the House Freedom Caucus the “burn-it-all-down caucus,” a swipe at the conservative group that ousted her from its ranks over the summer.

“I’m not a member of the burn-it-all-down caucus anymore,” Greene told reporters. “I’m a greatly, very happily a free agent and I want to do my job here.”

Members of the caucus voted to boot Greene from their ranks over the summer after the Georgia Republican supported the debt limit bill that Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) and President Biden crafted to avoid a default, which drew ire from many in the right flank — some of whom are members of the caucus.

I really hate every picture of her. It is so frustrating trying to square how weird she looks with how much power she holds.

Her eyes are too close together and her cheek bones are too big and high, which only embellishes how close together her eyes are. That’s why she looks so weird.

I really wish she’d just come out and say that she’s trans, it’s really not that big of a deal. Nobody would make her feel bad for it, no one is looking to dead-name her or anything, except maybe members of her own party. The same way everybody else would be fine with Lindsey Graham coming out of the closet, it’s the hypocrisy and projection of these people that bothers alot of people. She should just be honest about it I think.

If potential Russian ties are the worst thing that comes to mind when you think of MTG, you have a bad case of brainworms.

She’s not a member of the Burn It All Down Caucus. Now she’s a Burn It All Down free agent. Much better, right?

What “job” would that be, Marge? Pretend you’re on The Jerry Springer Show? Do and say the most offensive, repulsive, and provocative things you can think of for attention?

Right, this is the one who got into an argument with Boebert about which of them got to file impeachment charges. And, somehow, both of them got reelected after their first term where they were… them.

Well. yes. Yes it is. I have to constantly ask myself “which one is this again”… and then I find myself asking, why do I even care. They’re both idiots. they’re both annoying, and they’re both both a symptom and a cause…

It’s always disappointing to see people who think themselves reasonable delighting in the usage of slurs when given the opportunity to tear down someone they perceive as disliked by their community. It is much more damning to them than the object of their ire.

Greene is a symptom of the cancer metastasized on our civilization, but deploying gendered slurs against her is counterproductive and pitiful.

1: Bitch isn’t a slur any more than dick is. That’s just an objectively false statement.

2: If someone is being a bitch, I’m going to call them a bitch - regardless of gender

          Or would you prefer “cunt”?

Unfortunately for you, you are not the authority on what is and isn’t a slur.

It has been used as a “term of contempt towards women” for “over six centuries”, and is a slur that fosters sexism against women. It has been characterized as “an archaic word demeaning women since as early as the 15th century” that seeks to control women.

Calling someone a bitch is no different than calling someone a dick or an asshole - and is not strictly tied to any gender. I’ll call anyone a bitch if they’re acting like one.

It would be different if I was casually referring to her as a bitch, like “I was talking to this one bitch” or something, but that’s not the case.

It depends on context. In this case it obviously is. If I were to say bitch please in a sassy way, it probably isn’t.

I wouldn’t call her a “bitch”, but I would not disagree with the statement that she could be grouped in same category and class as Kyle’s Mom from South Park from the perspective of Eric Cartman

She’s part of the “I’m tryna not get arrested for the next step of craziness” crowd publicly but still part of it privately.

They’re realizing they don’t actually have backing and are hiding again.
