8·1 year agoI’m fine after two scoops of ice cream. If I want more, I better have that lactaid handy. Also different dairy products have different levels of lactose. Most hard cheeses have lower lactose count than soft cheese.
I went from Digg to Reddit and now I’m looking for a new home. I’m really liking what I’m seeing here!
