    Expected, since Hisislicon doesn’t have access to advanced process nodes, like 5nm equivalent and 3nm equivalent. They are stuck at 7nm equivalent.

    For me, it is impressive they are only 2-3 years behind at this moment.

      True. Being able to match snapdragon 870 is no small feat. With time they should be able to surpass current gen snapdragon.

    I wouldn’t count that as “loosing” to the Kirin 9K. The 9Ks is a good bit better in Geekbench but falls a bit behind in GPU power. Since most things besides gaming only are CPU limited I would generally call this a W for the 9Ks.
