Just quit. If you dont than you accept it and are a part of the problem. Companies always try to reduce cost wherever they can, its up to you or the workforce in general (unions) to set boundries.
03·1 year agoUnfortunately this wont change much. Rapes usually happen without any witnesses, so the rapist will just say that the victim consented. Thats generally the reason why rapes are hard to prove in court.
