Feels like pointless recreating of everything that is allready available for years. Simplicity behind 20 tools with strange names? Count me in (NOT).

I tried TW too, but it feeled bloated for me (yass tools, too). Using TW I also learned about btrfs, which lead to fedora, and I remembered GNOME also recommends it, which I used a lot than (Workstation) and eventually tried immutable Silverblue, which I use now longer, than Workstation and Mint combined. Love it. Both Silverblue and GNOME.

Silverblue is all about making things super easy, not switch to Ublue or build own image… Yep Flatpaks are the way in Silverblue, other images like Ublue could tkink other way lol

I agree. You also forgot those linux boomers advise newcomers some old shit, like Mint or even Debian. Newcomers should dive straight to GNOME 45 or Plasma 6, everything else is worst.

I always setup minimize and close, maximize is double-click anyway. If there is only single close button I sometimes just press it for no purposes to realize fuck I closed the window again!

By default GNOME has only close button. You can add minimize and maximize with tweak tool, which could be pre installed or not.

Elementary OS - I can not customize anything, I can not even minimize windows! Something with GNOME - I ALLREADY seen it! No way!

I use GNOME now lol, love it.

Nowadays I prefer GUI for everything, but often enough there is no good GUI or GUI suck. Also scripts. Terminal is very powerful tool to get things done quicker.
