People are ragging on it here… But it makes a lot of sense. With the way AI is going I’d be happy for a shortcut. Although tbh I don’t use like 30% of the keys anyway, so would be fine to just remove irrelevant keys for it.

Not sure what it’s like on iOS, but it hasn’t been great on Android for me. Had significant lag with pages unfortunately. Don’t get the hype at all unless my Firefox install was broken for some reason.

But having read both, it’s very easy to see how similar they are. They both treated employees like shit, demanded perfection, and sought to change the world with innovative products.
Obviously they’re not identical, but there’s waaay more similarities than not.
I think given time and the advent of social media Jobs would have ended in the same bucket.

This isn’t news, but yes - people forget that Steve Jobs was just as dodgy and a bit unhinged as Elon Musk now is.
If you read their biographies instead of just idol worshipping Jobs I think you’d understand a bit better.

If you’re going to pirate games, you’ll find a way. I have spent hours sometimes figuring out how to do so, and it’s almost part of the fun.
The only reason I’d look at buying a Steam deck in future is to play pirated games. If I absolutely love a game and developer then sure, I’d buy it if I have the cash but otherwise you may as well pirate it.
The only reason I don’t pirate games IS because of locked down hardware like Playstation Etc. Otherwise, I have pretty much never bought a game on PC.

This is a fairly basic TV stand design. If you honestly know 4 people who’ve struggled with this then I’m not sure what to tell you. Personally I’ve never heard of anyone have a problem with their TV stand. I myself have a central stand and it’s pretty bulky/annoying itself and wouldn’t fit on many smaller tables. But if you have an appropriate TV stand it’s fine.
So yeah, I do think it’s entitled that people expect every TV manufactured to magically work on their specific table, and if it doesn’t it’s badly designed. Put another way, why don’t you look up some reviews of this TV and see how many people rate it highly vs complain about the stand? When I looked at similar designs they were very highly rated, so at least for the majority of people it’s well designed and acknowledging you cannot have a single design that works for everyone.
OP in his post said he saw it in person so they even knew what they were buying and could easily measure it. I don’t know how they can honestly go back and say it’s badly designed and doesn’t fit their table when they literally saw how it was designed and could have easily measured it out if they chose to.
