We do have them in the US but they are optional for cheaper rates for insurance.

Really? All this over something that is very easily modified by the user?
Put it in a contract Elon or STFU.
Ding ding ding ding!! It’s telling that this announcement came out after it was disclosed that Google pays Apple 18-20 BILLION A YEAR to be the default search engine on IOS. Spez is trying to tap into that.
Well no shit. This person used their position in academia to spam out a newsletter of their political affiliation to the student body. The offer was rescinded because the law firm saw that they don’t know or follow proper etiquette in positions of supposedly unbiased positions. This person will likely not be proper legal counsel to individuals or companies they might not personally see eye to eye.
“It was not clear if they had any personal enemies” They had their throat’s slit…that’s pretty personal.
If it’s under warranty, then the manufacture will cover towing to the nearest dealer and if they are outside of the range, to the nearest qualified mechanic. Hard stop, call the warranty company and have them hash it out.
Just imagine, this ONE company out of the hundreds if not thousands pulling this same shit are brought into compliance (and by compliance, I mean what they ethically should be paying in taxes), then how much good we COULD be doing as a nation. I say that but also have no doubts that the elected officials will just use it as their personal piggy bank to fund their friends companies.
Until you read the article and realize it’s just a front.
Not saying a word…but posting it to the world.
Not cheap, but not overly expensive. You are getting what you pay for without the privacy nightmare.
Ubiquiti is who I chose. Everything is self hosted, no service fees, good quality equipment and no extra frees for remote maintenance. The motion and AI detections work very well and of course all the products integrate seamlessly into their UniFi network equipment…BUT it’s more a whole network approach than just cameras.
Thank you, I clearly didn’t read the article.

Except here it seems the issue is with the boss/manager and not the owner. If they were to take their complaints to the owner and was still brushed away, then that’s a different story. Managers come and go, owners do not. If it was a good job, then it worth fighting.
I lost hope for Microsoft after the RT.
Absolutely, one of the best ones yet. Thank you.
Question for the iPhone vs Android crowd. Could this happen in the Apple App Store? Does Apple vet their apps better than Android?
They don’t want you to pay. They set the price artificially high to discourage you so they continue business as usual while complying to the laws. The price is a PITA charge to make it worth their while and to still profit from the ads they would have shown you.
