I have a Lenovo duet 3 I think… It’s running endeavor no problem.

Dude, what? Explain
I’ve been with them for something like 7 years now. Started with 1gb of data, and now I get 4gb. I’ve never changed price tier as well. Over all really great service, bummer about the breach though.
My personal PC and work PC are windows. I also just accidently removed a lot of my game files, so I figure it’s about time to start over. I’m going for kubuntu this time. I figure it’s going to be easier to get set up and running quickly without much fuss.
That said, I also run endeavor os on a little netbook tablet I have, so I’m dipping a toe there as well.
Oh shit, I’ve been installing win 11 on a bunch of old hardware, didn’t realize what the big fuss was about it. I also use Rufus exclusively. Didn’t realize it was working so smoothly because I used Rufus haha
Use my pen knife my good man!
What software do you use for monitoring this?
Does skiff work?
The funny thing is that my win10 laptop says it can’t run win 11… But my win 11 USB stick says different.
I’ve never considered a pi for this purpose. Assuming you have either one large or multiple smaller hard drives, physically how do you connect all that to your pi? Thanks!
One time I kept a guy on the phone for about ten minutes just playing dumb. Then he’s like, sir, what version of Windows do you have?"
I say, I’m not sure but it’s the one with the little penguin icon.
We actually had a good laugh about it together
It’s just difficult to install with a gui
If fire fox has profiles like brave, I’d switch instantly. I need profiles to separate all my different accounts
Edit: I just wanted to say thanks to those who replied to my comment, it looks like I’ve gotten a couple of really good ideas for implementing profiles within Firefox. I’ll be exploring these thanks much!
I’ll say this, I never used edge before, but it’s comparable with a bunch of my work sites so I was kind of forced into using it. It’s actually pretty great. Better overall than stock chrome, though I prefer brave or Firefox for non work related stuff.
Once I started using Edge, I was surprised by how well it worked.
Man, I’ve been running Plex for about a decade without a ton of issues. I tried jellyfin, and I can’t get video to play anywhere that’s not the PC that’s running it. What am I doing wrong?
That’s all great info, thanks for taking the time. This is my first go with Arch based. I work with Windows for a living and have used Debian based for years.
Endeavor has had a little bit of a learning curve, but sounds like I’ll be sticking with it.
I know they say they are a terminal based os, but any tips on some equivalent to a software center, or at least where I can find compatable apps?
Thanks for what you’ve already taken the time to write!
I’ve been running endeavour on a little tablet PC with kde. It’s been pretty great overall, but I’ve also gotten interested in Manjaro. Thoughts on how they compare? I read one article that was like, whatever you like better!
I’ve also always done dual boot on one drive, no real problems other than when I know I caused the problem.
Also… What’s up with that user name?
Desktop. Tablet. Garage. Pretty straightforward at my place lol
Question because you seem knowledgeable on mesh. I’ve got a network that spans a large area. I connected 3 mesh network aps to one switch which connects to my main router. Should the aps still be close together, or I’m good to spread them a bit since they’re all hard wired?
