Prod being on the line meant “I’m on main”.

Yeah, I set up branch protection, but I hate the fact that some UIs are all “I know you just want to pull, but let’s push while we’re at it”.

I’d love to like the desktop app, but I just don’t understand what it’s doing under the hood when I click a button. When I click an icon, is it syncing my changes up as it pulls down, it just pulling down? I guess point and click is more scary to me when prod is on the line.

Linux KVM. I’ve used it on bare metal production servers for years.

I have chrome, but that’s because my company’s product uses it for our clients plugin. Only use it for work stuff.

Honestly asking, because I don’t see it:

• Where is the hate for women in this? Misogyny is defined as hatred for women, right?
• You do realize relationships aren’t perfect, and arguments happen, right?

I was called to jury duty in Arkansas back in '17. I actually WANTED to participate, but sadly, my spouse wanted to move out of state. When doing the initial court appearance, it was explained that if we received a ticket for parking within x blocks, bring the ticket to the court, and they would solve it. Sure enough, I had a ticket. I took it to the court, and I never heard anything more about it. When I moved, I still had 5 months of eligibility. I called they court, explained my move, and that was it.

We live in this country and gain all the benefits, so we should expect (and WANT) to perform our civic duty.
