Nobody is job networking on reddit, nobody is dating on LinkedIn, and nobody keeping in touch with their highschool friend’s on Tinder.

Is the US intelligence that good?

It just seems that in USA it’s self they can know about a guy whose been calling for help because he’s on the verge of shooting up a place and they don’t do nothing about it until they start shooting things up. US intelligence seems incredibly dysfunctional and if they can’t sort things out at home I don’t know how they would figure these things out abroad.

Isn’t it convenient how every time the US or Israel bombs civilians they automatically know they we’re secretly terrorists the whole time?

Back in the day, Nintendo got big on quality control. That’s less of a selling point now that almost every big publisher is pushing for yearly releases and devs need to rush out unfinished games to meet corporate expectations. A console was also just miles ahead in user friendliness that a computer up until around the PS4/Xbone.

The way forward for consoles these days is to have more interesting hardware, but Microsoft is resistant to just having gyro in the xbox controller so don’t hold your breath for the next xbox being anything worth looking at.

Well my main point was of the awful housing situation, and how rich Londoners are trying to recreate it in other parts of the country becuase its so good for them. Not a lot of people want to live in a grenfell tower given the choice.

One time I was pointing out how London is less than brilliant, and the person just kept relying “look at how much money London makes though!”, as if that makes any difference on the living quality of most people or the effect London and Londoners have on the rest of the country.

I would argue ability to provide a service is in it’s self an abstract form of capital.

Time, energy and willpower can also be viewed as a capital. There’s a reason business owners will pay people to be doing work they could easily do themselves. And I think it’s important that we as a society recognise that any time or energy spent transactionally should be properly compensated.

Of course we shouldn’t fall for the trap of trying to maximise and optimise every last ounce of capital in our lives, its important to learn to let go of our posessive human nature. But we should appreciate when we are giving and taking things to and from other people.

That’s a vague platitude.

Capitalism works becuase we live in a transactional reality. Food could not grow on trees of the tree didn’t take capital (I.e. resources such as nutrients from the soil, light and heat from the sun) to grow that apple. If farmers did not account for the resources the tree needs the tree would simply die.

The issue with capitalism today is that we over apply it and forget to help people who truly need help, and thanks lobbying by sociopathic business owners, we have created a system where we much engage with learned sociopathy to survive and function. We look down at the homeless sick and needy and invent backstories to justify their suffering. They must be drug abuses, violent, lazy, etc cetra.

As a European, its funny watching these guys talk about “Europe” as this pure implementation of their motorphobic utopia.

A lot of us still drive daily yanks!

People really need to get in their heads that AI can “hallucinate” random information and that any implementation on an AI needs a qualified human overseeing it.
