You are conflicting yourself in the first place. You claim protected target is being bombed, but it’s protected by the same rules which state taking shelter in hospitals and taking hostages is a crime. You either condemn all who break the rule or none at all, but not selectively.

Any non-Hamas source says terrorists are using terrorist tactics… entire lemmy goes: fake, discredited, Israel ally is lying for them, etc.

That’s my point, although not as cleanly stated. To me this whole thing is Hamas kicking hornets nest then running away and hiding while civilians get stung. And this repeats every few years. And no point has anyone sat down and thought: wait maybe this is a bad idea.

They literally knew this was coming and attacked Israel anyway. They knew because the response was harsh and disproportionate last time and ten times prior to that. Blood is on both sides’ hands. Hamas hiding behind civilians is not helping either.

I also understand their desire to fight oppression, but it’s obvious they can’t and will never be able to win war of any kind. Their fight must be done through different means.

It’s not nefarious as you’d thing. Simply put Israel is a desert which they are slowly turning into something more fertile but the point is they don’t have natural resources of any kind. They of course realize that and know how business works, so they invest huge amounts of money into education, science, research and above all businesses. There are literally cities that form around companies as big as Intel, Microsoft, Oracle and others. They are all there.
