I use Clementine because it lets me rate my songs. Does Strawberry do that? If it does I’ll give it a try.

Had an old, used optiplex once. Not great performance due to its age, but it was solid. Super easy to work on (upgrade etc.) too since it had all these parts that folded out like a Transformer, but that also made it quite heavy.

I use lemmy generally once a day, and still see old posts I’ve voted on. It’s gotten to the point where I have to block whole users just to stop seeing some of the hideousness that gets posted usually on ai coms, but sometimes /funny too). I’m very much in favor of the feature.

But buying new things is good for the economy!

Perhaps a little lesd nice for those of us already using linux, but definitely better for the majority of people for getting less scammed by big corps. But one plus for us would be better support for apps and games that are still mostly or exclusively on other OSes.

I’m wanting to do that, and steam has made it possible, but I have just a couple of games holding me back still. Not the games’ fault, it’s just that I’d have to buy them again on steam and I’m po’.

I think this is sdvice on what you should do, not what people actually do. This would be why there is such a big industry for windows tech support. Tldr: Windows: Be afraid, very afraid.
