Besides “no contest”, what other pleas are there?
I had this issue too but I was able to find a setting to enable something about “last app” so it would only open to the last app I had it on, not auto switching to whatever the fuck it wanted to open on start up.
That was so annoying. I hardly use my Xbox anymore but it always defaulted to that for some reason.
Granted, my Samsung TV is, unfortunately, connected to the internet and I keep it updated so it is possible that a new update has enabled this setting for me at some point.
Exactly what I want to install on my work computer.
Yes, due to extended space travel and colonies on other worlds. I thought that was obvious?
I’m editing it in. I hope my reply didn’t come off angry because that’s not my intention, I legitimately didn’t think anything else could be implied by this.
Your intentions are good, but just know that they are also counting who watches the content on their platform and they get the most purest numbers on this new platform since they have created it and manage it more than when it was on network or cable.
Your paid subscription to P+ doesn’t necessarily tell them you want more Star Trek, because you could be someone who forgot to unsubscribe, Halo, NCIS, or anything else.
I’m sick of this fucking button “choice”.
Feels like that guy with rapey vibes who won’t take no for an answer.
“You say no now but you’ll come around eventually.”
Ew, no.
It used to work for me for years and then it gave it up for some reason I can’t remember. Though this was under iTunes Match which is still sort of the same thing, just exclusively for uploading music but no streaming what you haven’t uploaded or purchased.
Though, it did replace some of my music for clean versions which I despise. Music I’ve had for decades and have no copies of any longer…I would be morally justified pirating the right copies, but it’s too many to go through.
What they did this last time was that they replaced more of my music with different versions. I’m talking very different versions to what my CDs had from back when these were CDs my dad let me rip when I was a teen decades ago and they replaced some of my music with versions that didn’t download correctly and couldn’t be played anymore. Almost like corrupt copies.
My offline music library was a mess. 60+ GB worth of music, most of it was inaccessible anymore and would give me strange errors like it wasn’t available in my region anymore despite it being music I uploaded. Apparently others have experienced similarly recently and the only fix was if you have a backup to restore from backup.
These don’t require special litter or anything, do they?
I’m always wary of things like smart vacuums that require special bags and this feels like one of those but didn’t see anything on the Amazon page specifically saying that.
I bought an album off iTunes last year in September. I made the mistake of joining Apple Music and it completely fucked my offline music library. So I had to revert to a backup prior to September.
Went back to download that album and was told I couldn’t because it’s no longer available in my region.
It’s okay to buy it but you can somehow lose access to it because rights expired that had no bearing on you.
It’s fucking stupid and they wonder why people pirate when they pull shit like this.
Refresh rate may play a factor in some of these, especially when you’re talking $1500k+ TVs.
Most American TVs nowadays have a 60 refresh rate but some can have 120 or 200 refresh rate which will drive up the cost considerably.
It’s not always made known what the refresh rate is; you have to search to find it in the details and know what you’re looking for. My TV in my living room has a 120 and it wasn’t made apparent on the box except the small details on the side. And that’s because that refresh is only for the apps, not the HDMI ports, so they didn’t want to get called out for false advertising, being my best guess on that.
ELI5 for refresh rate: it’s how many frames are shown on the tv. It’s like when you see those flip books that make a stick figure look like they’re running. A good flip book will have 100 pages but a really good quality one will have 2,000 pages which gives much greater detail of the stick figure’s movements because there are more pages with more drawings showing more of each step taken.
This couple I used to know scolded their 13 year old daughter at the dinner table for calling them “bruh”. The dad was like, “I’m not your bro, I’m your dad.”
That’s fucking genius. I love it.
Close your eyes and look away and look back. It worked for me just now
What’s up?! What’s up?! What the fuck is up Denny’s?!
I believe the ip rating they are referring to has to do with the level of waterproofing in the phone. Like how the iPhone has an IP68 meaning that it is water resistant up to 6 meters for 30 minutes in fresh water.
Really sucks because older games will likely never get this. Looking at ones like Ghost Recon Wildlands. I do not care for the newer release but was excited to play Wildlands with my brother from my Steam Deck.
Game loaded just fine into the world and then I got kicked within a few seconds with a EAC error.
This is what I hate. Sometimes I like to search up “life on mars” and see the various pictures people have created and the images people claim have life in them.
But I always get results for a television show of the same name that has absolutely nothing to do with the planet…
