38·1 year agouBlock Origin has kept their filters up-to-date for me. Still no ads, and no blocks from YouTube, since day 1. I did disable my other privacy extensions like Privacy Badger and Ghostery on YouTube to stay on their “good” side however.
This is my shocked face when nothing comes of this… :-/

10·1 year agoI’m guessing that they’ll sell Reddit Gold for money (or give subscribers a monthly stipend), then share a (small) portion of the money they made to contributors when they receive and then sell back said gold.

19·1 year agoSince Starlink operates in Low-Earth Orbit, they shouldn’t be a danger to all of the more common Geo-synchronous Orbit satellites who are 10x father from Earth than these LEO objects.
Isn’t the Genie usually depicted as malicious, or at least mischievous? I would expect the Genie to grant the wish, knowing what a shitshow it would be.
DuckDuckGo uses Bing as well, so I’m not sure why it’s better for you than Yahoo or bing.com. I personally am fine using DDG, as it provides the results I’m looking for and doesn’t track me for asking.
