The way activity pub works is that a user subscribes to something and then the content gets copied to your server. If you allow a user to subscribe to whatever they want, then you’re just going to get illegal content stored on your server.

One of which was due to someone not wearing their issued cut resistant gloves while handling metal scraps and then needing stitches. There wasn’t any reason for them not to wear their gloves except for laziness or complacency.
Lock out procedure wasn’t followed properly. You’re supposed to check that equipment is in a safe state before you go into a dangerous area like that.
It was never about self defense. It’s about people wanting to own cool guns and trying to justify owning them. It’s also about gun manufacturers wanting to sell expensive guns to guys with more money than sense.
Self defense isn’t the issue. The 2nd amendment does not give you an absolute right to own any gun you want to. Guns are already restricted by type. An AWB doesn’t completely restrict your ability to keep and bear arms and therefore doesn’t infringe on the 2nd amendment as you still have access to reasonable alternatives.

Speculation. Some investors are more interested in holding the property until they can sell it in the future for a profit, rather than the rent they would earn now. Some landlords will have negative cashflow even if they are charging rent because they know they can sell the property for a profit later.
