PowerfulTurtle@lemmy.caOPto Programmer Humor@programming.dev•Do any of you here use Programming socks?1·3 months agoI don’t think Thinkpads can be bought off Amazon, they’re more of an Ebay purchase.
PowerfulTurtle@lemmy.caOPto Programmer Humor@programming.dev•Do any of you here use Programming socks?12·3 months agoI ought to make my own programming starter pack meme with all those things.

PowerfulTurtle@lemmy.caOPto Programmer Humor@programming.dev•Do any of you here use Programming socks?105·3 months agoI haven’t read either, honestly Rust is so much better than C or C++ and if I were going to learn a low level language I’d probably go with that instead. PowerfulTurtle@lemmy.cato Lemmy@lemmy.ml•Please Consider Defederating from Rammy.siteEnglish3·2 years agoFigured out what it was, rammy only works through https, typing in rammy.site without the https:// causes it to go automatically to http:// which doesn’t connect. It also works though Tor because Tor forces https unconditionally and won’t connect to sites without it.
PowerfulTurtle@lemmy.cato Lemmy@lemmy.ml•Please Consider Defederating from Rammy.siteEnglish2·2 years agoI would never recommend joining an instance hosted by one person with very little activity (and open registrations), those ones are prime targets for hate groups like the one operating right now on rammy.
