I haven’t used Facebook in years, but I still use Twitter because most lefties and furries I follow either haven’t moved to Bsky/Mastodon, or have moved but are inactive.

I still have an account on Bsky though, but I don’t use it that often.

Image-to-image also helps a lot with SD. Even some roughly-drawn blobs can be the difference between the image almost matching what you had in mind vs. looking exactly how you intended.

While I think some of Just Stop Oil’s previous antics were counterproductive to the public image of climate activists, arresting someone because they didn’t protest “at the right speed” is ridiculous. The whole point of protests is to be disruptive and bring attention to the protesters and their cause, and this is an incredibly mild way of doing it.

BLM started as and still should be a decentralized movement. Most of the people I’ve seen trying to label themselves “leaders” in the movement have either been useless liberals or outright narcissists/greedy people trying to get into the spotlight. The usual “positions of power attract the worst people” kind of deal.
