It doesn’t check the stuff it generates other than on grammatical and orthographical errors. It’s not intelligent or has knowledge outside of how to create text. The text looks useful, but it doesn’t know what it contains in a way something intelligent would.
Which means it does need outside help (even passive help).
I gladly paid for mine, as I did with Sync for Reddit before. Got extreme value out of this, will get extreme value out of the 20 € I paid here. So, yes. “Memberships”. If they are worth the price.
Vox Media was the owner since the beginning. The founders of The Verge went to the owner of SB Nations after leaving Engadget. It is part of Vox Media since the beginning.

Taxes. US prices are always net prices, as taxes are depending on which state you live in. 20 USD = 18.28 € + 19 % taxes (let’s take the German one) = 21.75 €. If you are from Italy you are even better off, as with your VAT it would be 22 % = 22.3 €.

So? Reddit has about 10 sizeable Subs that are just a variation of “Ask Any and All Questions”. That’s not even counting speciality subs like “MedicalQuestions” or “ITQuestions” or “DermatologyQuestions” or “AskTrangender”. Or the different language ones like “FragReddit” (German). In the end 1-3 will become the major ones, all will be a bit different and everyone will find the ones they like most.
Cargo shorts are back in style since last year by the way. Part of the general Nineties revival.

I have apparently 200 I never knew about.

We also have a written account of Persian soldiers using their shields to bake a flatbread with cheese and dates on top from the 6th century BC, which one could count as Pizza.
Maybe learn the basics of the Fediverse before demanding to undo something that doesn’t even exist yet.
You can follow Lemmy posts/communities from Mastodon, but not the other way round as of now.
What should happen? That’s all public information, they can (and probably do) scrape this already. As does all and any AI project and company.
The moment this shit appears on mine I‘m buying an Apple TV.
