You tried, but your tone and wording was off. Some people would state all that fully believing things can continue and we’ll tech out way out of trouble. And we WILL absolutely jump to geoengineering to try and preserve status quo, cost or not. The alternative is to change society dramatically, and that won’t happen voluntarily. And the great news is once we start geoengineering, we dare not stop because the reaction will spike things even worse.
Not just the loss in cheap labor, but also in “free” social security taxes (that such workers don’t end up claiming).
The next question is what naming convention you used for them all.
It’s true we can infer a lot of what it looks like from what we can see and using data from other galaxies. However that does often change. I’m not even sure which is the more current version right now, but here’s another version with four more pronounced arms. The same original arms are there, but the others are more dust and different star makeup than the first and could be more pronounced than once thought. There are also several different structural wave patterns rippling through the galaxy as it rotates.
Even if it was the correct picture (and how can you be sure) the arrow is pointing to the wrong place.
They will cause a cooling effect, but it won’t be a “fix”, just a temporary pause, and once settling occurs heating will bounce back even faster. Nothing will reverse climate change in the sense that we can go back to previous conditions, it’s an ongoing transition into a different climate (even if there was some magic way to permanently cool).

As for the title, I think they’ve tried this a number of times with past governors. They really, really hate that veto power that gets in their way of domination.
It’s a byproduct of our society to ask what value your work does rather than you as a person. A better question would be “what stuff are you interested in?” I bet taking that spin will actually make people stop and think a second not only because it’s not the normal question, but people have lots of interests and now they’ll have to pick one that they want to share.

The Trump narrative was that China purposefully started it. Not that it was the origin. That is the “narrative” of the science. That you claimed “strong evidence” and then cite something you say may not definitely mean COVID but seems suspicious…that’s not very strong. That’s literal “trust me, I feel it’s true”.

We do as a collective states/country try to make voting hard to do, while declaring it as one of the fundamental rights and duties of citizens. Some things should invalidate a vote, others seem there as hoops to jump through to restrict them while not being obviously relevant to legitimacy. Even going back to the shitshow of 2000 with hanging chads and how ridiculous some of the “experts” would carry things to argue the “intent” of a voter.
And it isn’t a hard rule the President has to nominate a VP, although that makes some things more difficult.
