  • “By submitting his petition and consent as required by the statute, President Trump has met all requirements set forth by the Maine Legislature in the statute and is entitled to be placed on the Republican primary ballot,” Trump wrote in the appeal. “Nonetheless, in the Secretary’s Ruling, the Secretary wrongfully denied President Trump a place on the Republican primary ballot.”

Trump also argued in the filing Tuesday that Bellows “failed to provide lawful due process” and “made multiple errors of law and acted in an arbitrary and capricious manner.”

“President Trump did not ‘engage’ in ‘insurrection,’” he wrote.

Even his lawyers are buffoons. An easy way to not be kicked off of the primary, is to not try to overthrow the government.

I really hope that fuck gets what is coming to him.

  • I hope you are not being obtuse. No children are having such surgeries. This is a lie that is presented as fact to justify these hateful pieces of legislation. Children typically only socially transition, as in new name, hairstyle, clothes, etc. There is absolutely no mutilation or irreversible changes being made to these kids.

I think this bears repeating: No children are having any sort of gender affirming surgeries. These are lies that are used by hateful people to attack people like me. Please do not believe these lies. Rather, talk to a trans person. Hear their story. We just want to live our lives in peace.

  • Fake News. I’ve gotta admit, Fake News was brilliant strategy, if sowing seeds of doubt into the election process was the goal.

That is all they need. There could be multi-angle cameras that record their hate speech, and all they have to do to answer to it is say Fake News.

Fake News! I never said that they should “fire up the ovens”. And if I did, it was not referring to any one specific group of people. And if I actually was referring to specific groups of people, I was just saying what you all think. And if you don’t think that, then you are probably an agent of either the FBI or IRS/ANTIFA.

    Edit to fix punctuation.

  • Glad to see our lawmakers wasting time and resources on this circus. This is shameful. Everyone involved should feel deeply ashamed of themselves. They seriously need to touch grass, and to stop eating paint chips. Seriously, how can anyone support this nonsense?

If Biden committed impeachable crimes, then he should face it. There doesn’t seem to be any tangible evidence to support the accusations. Trump is not a figurehead—he is their god. But even if Trump is ousted from the party, the rhetoric will only continue to become more and more unhinged. This is only going to get worse, as many of them seem to be true believers. Can one reason at all with these sycophants? An exercise in futility, right? Then what are we to do? They have plenty of strongholds, so voting enough of them out seems unlikely to affect the behavior and rhetoric. So what do we do?

  • Consider this situation:

She pulls over to check on the disabled motorist see what she can get out of the interaction. She runs his info and sees that he is a felon. This gets her going, as her racism had already decided that her subject victim is guilty of possessing things he legally cannot posses: a gun and drugs. He was minding his own business. She targeted him and successfully used the law crooked set of rules that are meant to further dehumanize people that they deem to be beneath them.

“Habitual” issues do nothing to provide context as to why she tased him when he was clearly complying with her disgusting abuse of power that we pay for.

It’s all rotten. Nothing short of radical sorts of change will stop these sorts of interactions and the events that lead up to them, which starts in childhood for the victims of the state.

Should the law, or anyone for that matter, think of you as guilty of something because of their negative bias about people who look or act like you?
