Yes. And tragedy is categorically bad, and tragedies cannot be experienced by that which is not alive (i.e. non-sentient). Thusly, a total absence of (sentient) life would be a total absence of tragedies and vice versa; in other words, sentient life and tragedy are virtually biconditional. The continuation of sentient life and tragedy is wholly avoidable if the relevant capable parties were willing, and it can often be abated on a small scale on an individual basis.

IIRC they retconned it or something by saying he was actually Lex Jr., as if that makes it better. I really do dislike when adaptations don’t even try to bear semblance to the source material and the studio just slaps the recognizable name on them for marketing (ex. the MCU’s Taskmaster or their original attempt at The Mandarin)

In this case, no. This is the only version of this album, i. e. there wasn’t a revised version that would amend this error and force this version into relative scarcity. The band also isn’t popular enough for there to be much of a demand for anomalies such as a rare misprint. It’s really just the distributor being sloppy/lazy.

I had originally meant for the meme to communicate Person A buying one $25 card for Person B and one $25 card for Person C and Persons B and C buying the same for each other and Person A simultaneously, which would be $25 * 2 * 3 = $150 spent.

However, I also figure a non-simultaneous gift exchange could occur, which engenders a couple of other scenarios:

Person A could buy one $25 card for Person B, which Person B re-gifts to Person C, who then re-re-gifts it back to Person A, which would be $25 spent.

Alternatively, Person A buys one $25 card for Person B, Person B buys one $25 card for Person C, and Person C buys one $25 card for Person A. Each person then re-gifts their card to the remaining person who has never owned the card. The three original cards are again re-gifted from their third owner back to their original owner. $25 * 3 = $75 spent.

I facepalm seeing people who are usually on top of the ball with their political views sharing articles from Mediaite, The Daily Beast, and The New Republic without recognizing the prominence of inflammatory and agenda-pushing bad journalism across these platforms. It may not be every single story or headline but it’s a consistent theme, especially with the more viral articles. The same types of flaws are a major aspect of what Fox News is condemned for and lead to people picking a side of a story or picking a party just for emotion and in-grouping rather than reason.
