The Constitution says the president can adjourn Congress only “in case of disagreement” between the House and the Senate on when the chambers should recess.
That is how Trump is going to do it.

That would include the American people, then, too. We elected NAZIs. We used nuclear weapons. We created a reservation system for most every country we invaded. In 250 years we have been at peace for 19 of them.
It is not just the president. All 300++ million of us are accountable.

They have automated email responses, and if you send them an email you are put on their campaign donation mailing lists.
