Butt Stallion from Borderlands was a bicorn in fact, not a unicorn

He’s talking about the small black bars that are on the top and bottom of the screen watching most modern movies due to differing screen ratios. I think he’s saying he wishes that movies were artificially stretched longer vertically to fill more of his screen space.
