Not many people scare anymore. Cars or walk (mainly car). At my school of 1,500 there’s maybe 3 bikes.
Nobody rides anything to go anywhere it’s just for fun now around the neighborhood.

An idea for an app I came up with for a class once was one that let you scan a barcode of a product in like Walmart and get what parent company owns it, like how Nestle doesn’t like to put their name on companies they bought (or not in big text anyways).
So if you want to avoid Coca Cola you could scan it and see who it’s owned by and if that company matches one of the ones you have blacklisted

Fun fact, ‘peace tea’ is owned by coca cola

this is just giving up privacy in exchange for children still bypassing it anyways lol

That’s why I consider AI art actually art.

There’s literally so much else they should do, google docs, sheets, drive, phones, maps, earth, calendar, play store, translate, etc.

I don’t understand what anyone uses twitter, bluesky or mastodon for anymore. I used twitter to follow companies (like CoffeeStain) or YouTubers/Artists.
Bluesky has some of that, meanwhile mastodon is just a circle pit of yelling and also the same stuff I see on Lemmy.
I don’t understand what people use it for. There’s no information to follow like company game accounts for games I play, and when I tried to do goofy shitposts like old twitter i got a grand total of 0 likes.
