If a man goes through puberty, then undergoes gender reassignment surgery and is able to prove that their hormone levels are within the allowed ranges for four years, will their physique be comparable to that of a person who was assigned female at birth? Do they still have physical advantages gained through male puberty?

So, at what point does this become criminal harassment or some other criminal charge so Giuliani can be locked up? Locking him up would likely shut him up pretty quick.

So, just an FYI, I bought Eufy cameras because I believed their marketing bullshit about being secure and end-to-end encrypted. About two months later they changed how they describe their security and quietly modified their privacy policy. Turns out they’re not really end-to-end encrypted and it is possible to gain access to the streams sometimes.

My recommendation, after doing my research is not to buy anything that is able to be viewed remotely. Buy something that stores the video locally, in your home. If possible, buy and install wired cameras.

In addition to having the largest change in traffic share relative to its previous share, Linux actually had the largest change in actual traffic share. It was just BARELY above Mac OS. If more significant digits were allowed here, Linux rose 0.0085 while Mac OS rose 0.0082.

I just found last year’s results. It looks like my math bears out, though it appears that they rounded differently.

Notably, last year’s changes were very different.

Honestly, if anyone in congress has read the bible, it is Mike Johnson. The lessons that he took from it are abhorrent, but he’s not faking his Christian beliefs like most Republican politicians. He truly believes what he’s saying and that’s why he’s so scary.

I always wonder what a 24 hour strike is supposed to achieve. It seems like striking for 24 hours demonstrates that you have a lack of commitment to the issues and will only embolden management to continue as it has been.

The argument that I’ve heard from some prominent lawyers is that “preserve, protect and defend” was intended by the framers to be a stronger oath than “support” and that it should be construed as including “support”. Hopefully the courts agree with that reasoning.

Where is the rest of the context on this? To me it sounds like he’s saying “we won all 50 states, then we did well in the election”. It sounds to me like he might be talking about winning all 50 states in the primaries. Which he did.

Now, the idea that he won the election by 12 million votes is obviously a load of shit. Maybe he’s rambling in circles as always and meant to say that he won the primaries by a total of 12 million votes?
