Idk, my kids love dark chocolate but also I hate milk chocolate so they haven’t had much of it.

If the labor practices are better than the US they should be able to buy houses in the US. I’m not the one who claimed it was better than the US.
In some places. If they’re better than the US the answer should be mostly yes.
I realize it’s a disingenuous argument but the problem with the US isn’t as much about wages. It’s about cost of living and cost of everything, and our government is to blame.
I only eat US made chocolate. Good stuff. Sometimes I’m tempted to buy some German garbage like Ritter Sport out of nostalgia from living there but then I slap myself and remember I don’t have to eat out of a trash can.
Oh they pay wages that accommodate people buying homes in US cities?
50% is a little low for my taste. I wish it was more like 40 60 80. I’d be going for the 80. Or maybe just 50 & 70. I can live with 70.
Always will be.
I like to watch them walk away.
Overall gen x got shafted. But about a dozen of them won monopoly irl. We all pay rent to the landowners.
Smart and rich people get around inheritance taxes by systematically giving wealth to their families over time while they are still living.
Honestly it is. I have lived there twice. The public transport is pretty awesome, almost everywhere. Even the places that complain about it, they’re miles above most other places. But the people kind of suck sometimes.
Nope, no buses. If I drive ten minutes there is a bus stop that runs the wrong direction. I’m not in a rural location. Just no public transportation. There is a free bus service for seniors but you have to schedule rides a week in advance.
Also we have a generation raised on RATM. “Fuck you I won’t do what you tell me” is also the anthem of conservatives to the left.
I can travel by train? Lol. Nice bubble you must live in.
It’s kinda funny though, I have six friends I stay in touch with who live in the UK. They’re all in London. No I didn’t meet them there. Coincidence also reinforces confirmation bias. I know believe it is the only city.
I just finished eight months of not having an office. I worked in random places off of only my laptop, 15.5" 1080p. I’m back in an office but not set up yet. For me, two monitors is workable, three is better. Split screen apps on a single laptop screen is barbaric.
Needs two more monitors.
I just go camping or backpacking out of data range. But his way works too.
Nice strawman. The strategy of the incompetent.
