giving the pigs and the feds more powers isn’t gonna help anything lol
fedora or nobara KDE spin
also solved this by updating the controller firmware but yeah, you have to do that on windows unfortunately
who made you the fun police
protonDB is my go-to and most people on there seem to be having a pretty smooth experience with it! it is fun!
? rivals works fine on my machine on Nobara.
i have faith this will be resolved eventually/they will have to admit kernel anticheat isn’t even meaningfully more effective and give up on it. anyway loads of people don’t play multiplayer AAA so it’s a no brainer already for them. as the mass of people migrating continues to grow devs/publishers hopefully will have to catch up. 2% of the steam hardware survey is linux now, it could be 5% within the decade. that’s my optimistic outlook, i know i shouldn’t underestimate how out of touch the epic games suits etc. are though
“intellectual property” and copyright would just be totally abolished in an ideal world
i got around this by opening cmd (Shift + F10) during the setup and disabling the network adapter.
wmic nic get name, index
wmic path win32_networkadapter where index = 2 call disable
index will be 1 or 2 probably depending on your setup it was 2 for me. this worked for me recently on boxes on fedora with a win10 iso.
i was thinking of switching to vanilla arch but ended up going the other way and installed Nobara KDE on my laptop. I’ve had it on my main machine for a while and really like it. i prefer tiling on a laptop too and normally use i3 but i’ve been able to get a satisfactory tiling setup within KDE using Krohnkite.
