The fact that they are voting not to release it tells you all you need to know. If they had a report that cleared him, they would have immediately released it.

Jesus fucking Christ. This reminds me of “Whites Only” bathrooms and water fountains. It’s nothing more than trying to dehumanize people by attacking their basic needs.
I only know one guy who is into blacksmithing and - being a nerd myself, I saw this with kindness - but this dude is a super nerd. He’s also one of the scrawniest dudes I know. I’ve heard him tell women that he’s into blacksmithing before and it definitely does not have the desired effect that this chart would imply.
You always have to consider Rule #1 when taking these things into account.
We live in a world where we’re looking for Mitch McConnell to do the right thing? Oh yeah, we’re absolutely fucked.
Keep in mind that’s Income Tax. Most rich people don’t actually have income, they have capital gains.
That’s what is ridiculous to me. The consequences are literally that they might lose their job. Yeah it sucks for them a little bit, but the alternative is destroying our fucking country. It’s amazing how many of them choose to bend the knee time and time again.
Interesting that he says:
Back in 2011, although NPR’s audience tilted a bit to the left, it still bore a resemblance to America at large. Twenty-six percent of listeners described themselves as conservative, 23 percent as middle of the road, and 37 percent as liberal.
By 2023, the picture was completely different: only 11 percent described themselves as very or somewhat conservative, 21 percent as middle of the road, and 67 percent of listeners said they were very or somewhat liberal. We weren’t just losing conservatives; we were also losing moderates and traditional liberals.
And then blames this on NPR. The GOP has been labeling NPR and other legitimate news sources as “fake news” and corrupt for years now. They are constantly pushing their constituents to only get their news from the right-wing bubble where they can control the message.
It’s no wonder that conservatives aren’t listening to NPR. But that is not NPR’s fault nor should NPR change their reporting as a result. Their job is to report fair and unbiased news. If a group of the population doesn’t want fair and unbaised news, they shouldn’t start spewing bullshit just to appease these people.
Can’t help but laugh that there are 6 services and 2 of those are porn related.
They still have a 219-213 majority. So a couple retiring or dying wouldn’t do the trick. If 3 of them switched parties though, that would be nuts.
Did you see that post about the Taliban being frustrated with needing to govern instead of running around with the boys? The Republicans in Congress sure do sound awfully similar.
I think the biggest problem is that conservatives are used to using the Constitution to mean they can do whatever they want. “You can’t take away my fully automatic assault rifle with a 30 round magazine of armor piercing rounds, the 2nd Amendment says so!” “You can’t force my business to serve gay people, the 1st Amendment says so!”
As soon as the 14th Amendment says, in clear and easy to understand language, that Trump can’t run for president - all of a sudden they act like they’ve never heard of the Constitution before.
This proves to be problematic to the man in orange.
Lmao that’s the understatement of the year
I think women know about shrinkage…
I like how they’re trying to blame incompetence, while he’s still running for president. I would love for a reporter to say, “Mr. Trump, you’re arguing in court that it’s not your fault for falsely believing you won the 2020 election, because you were tricked by misinformation put out by Russia and China. First, are you now confirming that you did indeed lose the election? And second, why should the people trust you not to be outsmarted by Russia and China again?”
I have no faith in the current Supreme Court, but at the same time I’m really, really curious to see if they take up the case and how it goes. If they rule against Trump, it’s going to set off a revolt from MAGAts everywhere. If they rule for Trump, they’re saying that presidents are above the law, and Biden can essentially do whatever he wants to maintain power, which seems like bad news for our country - but especially Trump who (assuming the current trajectory of the GOP primary) will have to run against Biden.
It’s worth reading the whole interview with her. It’s pretty short and to the point. She makes it clear how she’s literally just doing her job following the law. The idea that she’s a “deep-state” plant or something is just ridiculous.
I’m more asking about how it is sleeping with the mask on your face with a hose.
How is it sleeping with a CPAP? It looks wildly uncomfortable to me. But I suppose it beats suffocating in my sleep…
This headline is clickbait.
TLDR; some guy you never heard of is running for the Republican nomination for president. In September, he sued to have Trump removed from the primary ballot in Alaska and dozens of other states. The article makes no mention of an upcoming trial date or anything said or done by an election official or judge.
I never thought I’d find myself agreeing with this crazy fucker, but she seems to be saying this as if releasing all this info would somehow be bad?
