I guess we’ll see.
I guess we’ll see.
I’ve found out from Facebook before. But sometimes you don’t find out until years after the facts.
Obituaries exist too.
I also think that they’re underestimating the effects of parallax in these photos.
Don’t think any of these characters are exactly role models.
As creatures that enjoy killing things, it can be hard to distinguish what they love and what they hate.
Gonna be honest, income inequality is awful in America, but this post feels more like sour grapes.
It basically exists for brands to advertise and avoids things like actual news. User counts are way overinflated. Heard multiple people say their algorithm is garbage.
Mastodon may or may not be good (I don’t use it), but the fact that it segments off users into different groups means it will never be a twitter replacement. The fact that twitter is essentially “public” and all sorts of people from different areas interact was basically the whole point of it.
Bluesky seems pretty nice so far and it has real momentum. Mastodon seems more along the lines of what Google+ turned into.
Banana bread is super easy to make. The only reason i don’t make it more often is because it’s basically cake in disguise.
Looks pretty normal for canned creamed corn to me. Its not a thing I would describe as pretty to begin with, and this is pretty much the lowest tier of it.
Because vim (and emacs too!) is a powerful editor that works purely on command line and most people who are experienced in the Unix world are generally familiar with it. There are plenty of easier editors to use, like nano, that are also widely distributed and you are free to change your default. Being really powerful but you kind of need to know what you’re doing is basically unix’s whole thing.
Chicken drumsticks (without skin), mac and cheese mixed with shells and cheese, plus canned corn.
Nothing fancy but this wouldn’t look so horrific with some not-awful lighting. It’s a terrible picture of some pretty typical food.
Won’t work. Livenation owns the majority of the major venues in the US.
Very much the opposite of my experience. I get almost everything next day and lots of things have free shipping upgrades. I do live in a major city with an amazon warehouse nearby, though.
If Video is the reason you have prime, sure. Personally the shipping is still the reason I have it. I don’t really use the video service at all. Frankly I wish they’d unbundle all of the stuff and let me pay for just shipping.
I dunno, I see people complain about “why do we have to read books that are hundreds of years old?” too pretty frequently. Some people are just hostile to education. Honestly, cost aside, I’m a little disappointed in the number of people who complain about college as if the only thing you get out of college is a piece of paper.
Not going anywhere and they know it. Pretty much exists for grandstanding purposes in the 24 election.
The actual answer is “because the law moves very slowly in general and Trump knows it’s to his advantage to draw out the process”. There’s nothing particularly unusual about this process. The people who go to jail right away are people who can’t afford lawyers and take bad deals, or who can’t afford cash bail (which usually leads to them taking bad deals).
When I recently upgraded my phone I was surprised how little got brought over automatically and how hard it was to migrate configurations. If it actually copies over all my preferences from old phone to new phone, then great. If it’s just logins then that’s not really useful.
