Brazil’s based, now?
Brazil’s based, now?
Honestly, idk. I guess people just liked it better that way
Funny thing, back in high school I managed to buy some albums on Google’s Play Store for 0 Monies. I’m talking big names, like Charlie Puth, Major Lazer, Galantis, Anitta, Flo Rida, Jason Derulo, maybe more. All for free, just owned it. Not streaming, per se. And I used to keep coming back, check if any new freebies had dropped. I reckon I once downloaded them in more recent times, but have probably lost them in poor last-minute ‘backup and reinstall’ OS issues. I might have deleted the files from Google, as I grew away from loving Google (as I did back then) to disliking them a tad (privacy reasons, likely), but I rather believe they got rid of something I purchased (albeit for no moneys) some time after discontinuing Google Play Music. These albums, released circa 2015, were the ones I had on repeat back then. Nine Track Mind, Peace Is The Mission : Extended (not to be confused with “Peace Is The Mission (Extended)”, at least on Spotify), Pharmacy, Bang, My House, Everything Is 4, among others. Also got some singles, like Californication and a Linkin Park song (Numb, maybe?), and a Charlie Puth song before the album so I had it repeat on my collection
Well, even old New York was once New Amsterdam, so…
Indeed, I can see the parallel. To the movie, of course. I have not read the book, which I reckon has no plots? (It seems ťo be history rather than story). Though they do differ in a few ways. Great movie, imo
Plot twist: this was a group act all along. The murderer flees the scene. Once the image gets released, a second actor shows up at a McDonald’s, a public space. Gets reported to authorities by a third actor, who does actually work at McD’s. They waste the authorities’ time, and the second actor, having commited no crimes, proves his innocence. The actual murderer, in the meantime, disappears for real, benefiting of the time wasted by the authorities. Second actor represents something, and gets some cool pics getting “arrested”
Idk, the idea just came to mind seeing the comment above
Bommer got no rizz lmao get mogged
Is there anyone Americans haven’t hated and/or discriminated against yet? Anyone ever not been a victim of the US?
Don’t fret. I was the one reading quickly, leading to a misreading. Hence why I was able to spot my mistake upon re-reading your comment
Fretboard is for looking up chords, I reckon
Edit: nvm. Misread your comment as “looking up chords (guitar) on Flathub”
Muricans’ ability to make any and every thing about themselves amazes me
There’s Ambient Music Mod, “Port of Now Playing from Pixels to other Android devices”. It’s not the same, but it allows for your device to recognise popular music even while offline, possibly on a regular basis. It requires Shizuku, though.
Well, tbh I do be sometimes annoyed at how prevalent Murican culture is. Especially when you consume content on this lingua franca of sorts. But also, I mentioned Interlingua, which afaik is based on and easier for those speaking many Latin-based languages such as Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, plus something about English, German, Russian. Which would perhaps benefit many (though not all) equally
If there’s ever a universal language, why should it be English? Why not Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese? Those are also language spoken by many people. Is it because many (though not all) Americans can’t be bothered to learn about other languages and cultures? If anything, it should be a conlang, such that it benefits no one. Or at least no one is currently raised on it. I for one would vote Interlingua, seeing as it is supposedly easier for and based off European languages like Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, but also English, German, and Russian (or so I hear)
Edit: let us not also forget of the cultural aspects of languages currently existing
Uhm akschually you can use RJ45 and get cabled internet
Is mayonnaise a technology?
Yeah, I reckon so. But the movie tells a story, and the book I reckon doesn’t (though I have not read it). So they’ve built upon the book, if my “deduction” (based on the book description) is correct. 'Tis a great movie!
Hey, I’ve recently seen the movie of the same title, How to Blow Up a Pipeline! Great watch. Seeing the book description, I reckon the movie being based on the book did a lot more building on top of it, seeing as the movie tells a story and the book appears to be nonfiction (though parts of the story in the movie might as well be real)
Looking to buy some clothes, eh?
Imposter???
