That’s a pain, I just use the second computer for the one app as I need to be at my desk to use it anyway. My laptop is Linux as I do everything else on it.

I use linux for everything except for one critical app that does not yet work on linux outside of a virtual machine. But, my computer is not powerful enough to run it in a virtual machine.
There are also no alternatives to it either. So, I have a second computer to use windows for just that, but the day it works on linux is the day I say bye to windows forever.
Well I don’t teach art so… and they don’t even know
It’s a good use for me. I work with children and the things I’ve “created” have been significantly better thanks to mid-journey.
Before that it was just generic clip art, now I can make really beautifully themed stuff that was both out of my skill range and price range.
The artists, would never get money from me since I’m not rich enough to afford it but the children benefit.
The big problem is that the telecoms still charge by the minute to call a landline so most businesses have a Facebook page and use messenger as their primary form of contact.
I’m literally going to a vet now and they had messenger, WhatsApp or telegram as their contact method
I don’t think that’s the case, I just think it is old people not know how to use technology.
Additionally, all these people in power are using signal, how is that not a loud endorsement that everyone should be on it.
Sadly, my contact list remains mostly on WhatsApp and Facebook messenger only.
I had to enroll users in teams. Doing so was confusing and 1 user would never get the invite. I ended up ditching it after about a month.
For the US, my understanding is that citizens can refuse, but if you do they may hold you for some time.
Non-citizens may be denied entry if they refuse to hand over their device.
Also want to add that you can add a non-steam .exe and install some windows applications too, not just games. After installing you just remove the installer from steam and point Steam towards the installed applications .exe
Just make sure to tell Steam to use proton to run it. By default, it does not turn that on.
I did the capital lowercase thing but only for the word good, so I can see how it is hard to miss. It was supposed to indicate sarcasm, but I probably should have extended the formatting to the word “billionaires” too
Well at the rate things are going, you might not be there after; sadly.
It’s online corps offload computers but there will be a delay and many will just have the extended windows 10 supports. So I’d give it another year.
As someone starting a small business, it has helped tremendously. I use a lot of image generation.
If that didn’t exist, I’d either has to use crappy looking clip art or pay a designer which I literally can’t afford.
Now my projects actually look good. It makes my first projects look like a highschooler did them last minute.
There are many other uses, but I rely on it daily. My business can exist without it, but the quality of my product is significantly better and the cost to create it is much lower.
My wife will not be visiting with me this year. The plan was for her to apply for a visa and visit in the winter or fall.
Pretty quickly, we agreed that I’ll just go alone.
Hopefully it can just run off wall power while at home. It would suck to change in the middle of each night.
Butt chug?
What is the reddit drama this time?
Yes! This! It’s pretty sad when you think about it.
Too bad my dad voted for and loves Trump.
But if things got really bad, my mom could relocate to where I am, my dad might consider it if things were really really bad.
Just get a vpn to be safe. They are so cheap. I live in a country where no one cares about it, but I still use a vpn to be safe.
Also consider that people might not care now, but in the future, the rules might change and there might be a record that you torrented.
