They’ve been good for a while. It’s been a thing for at least early 2024, look at how convincing ElevenLabs is.

Disagreed, there are many shows that spend seasons building on the ending that if the ending is really bad, it makes the rest of the show feel pointless.
It takes three watches to understand what they were saying but it’s funnier every time.
Are you under the influence of drugs or alcohol?
Uhhhh Lemme check
I completely forgot this was going on, there really needs to be a pinned post or something
I really want to know who keeps upvoting those obviously fake AITA posts.
My husband beat me for donating $5 to charity, AITA? (20k upvotes)
At least he isn’t offering $0. When I put things for sale I occasionally get people PMing me begging to get the item for free and occasionally writing 200 word sob stories.
Using AI to quickly generate quizzes is cool, it saves time having to copy/paste basic questions from elsewhere
On the other hand, screw teachers using LLMs for grading. It’s unreliable and makes mistakes. Do your job.
Do you have javascript or cookies disabled? That might stop you from getting past.
It doesn’t help that the screen they use currently is really slow, causing noticeably artifacting and “blur” when things are moving quickly.
sorry man, I’m not reading all that
This doesn’t mention react content though, it seems like a general statement. Have they said if this actually affects react channels?
I wish we as a community could stop with this sense of superiority
Not possible in a Linux community. They have only three jokes:
Fuck windows
I’m so smart for using the superior software stack (and everybody is an idiot for not switching)
and my personal favorite: constantly trying to trick people into using FOSS software by telling everybody they’re as good even in cases where they’re clearly not (bro please use GIMP it’s actually really good bro as soon as you understand its archaic 1998 user interface it’s just as good as photoshop bro please)
Either you’ve blocked half the platform or you’re joking because I constantly fight with others for posting american politics in general communities.
At least on something like Instagram they’d be around people their age and not a mostly older men demographic posting about politics 24/7 like the Fediverse is.
Exactly, yes.
Is there any indication for the lemmy.world people to notice that the instance hosting the community is gone?
I don’t think there is but I remember the lemmy devs saying they’ll add a warning at some point when a community can’t be reached.
Do all the other Lemmy instances keep a copy of the content from lemm.ee?
Yes, but it only keeps text and links, any images uploaded to lemm.ee will be lost. Any community in lemm.ee will still be visible but nobody outside of your instance will see anything you post there so they’re effectively dead.
I’m going to be real, the Fediverse is not where you want young teens and kids to be. A lot of extreme opinions are floating around, and the Fediverse still has the occasional spamwave which could contain NSFW content.
I think you need to go to public feeds --> Add remote feed, then add the ones linked in the post
We need to bring back bonehurtingjuice
