Basically just start with what you’re aiming to enable and work backwards (as you’ve started to do). With judicious use of grep find out where that symbol is defined. If it’s in arch configs for other arches but not your own, it’s probably that.
There may be better tools out there to do this, but in my experience just sleuthing it out a bit will answer your question. The Kconfig system can be complex, but the files are pretty readable.

Sorry, why would Jellyfin be different from Plex for exposing to the Internet? Dynamic DNS service / static IP and router port forwarding just like any other self hosted thing. It requires a user/pass to login as usual. VPN is nice but not required.

I agree that a primary probably still ends up with Kamala and would probably just be the illusion of choice. The DNC would close ranks around her in the name of Biden’s legacy, just like they did for Biden back in 2020 when the vote was splitting in Bernie’s favor, and in 2016 when it was obvious they just wanted to coronate Hillary and move on.
That said, even with a rigged primary, putting your candidate on the debate stage to address your constituents instead of skipping directly to fellating non-existent centrists in the general would have been good.

In Cogenitor, Starfleet wouldn’t get very far if it had to roll up to every first contact demanding a species conform to human morality. It has to take a neutral position or first contact becomes an ultimatum. That doesn’t mean Starfleet is pro-slavery, it just means it recognizes that it’s not in a position to force that change on a species it met five seconds ago. Now if the species was trying to join the Federation (down the line) obviously that’s a different story…
