The monarchs in Scandinavia isn’t actually in any danger of that though. Most people love our monarchs (not sure if that is fully the case in Sweeden though). They are the figureheads of our countries and don’t have an active hand in our politics.

Wait. Are there flavors of regex? Every time I have to use regex it hurts my brain and I never need to do it enough to actually sit down and learn it properly like OP is doing. Just knowing there are different ways of doing the same things in an already mind baffeling language blows me away even more.

Oh! I just remembered that the size of shotgun shell pellets are calculated that way. Take a fixed amount of lead and the gauge (we call it caliber) og the pellets is defined by how many of them you can make from that lump of lead.

Here in Norway it’s more expensive to live than ever. The interest is high and all other prices on have balooned this year, so the prices are too damn high. But I guess that is true for most countries.

That sudden silence followed by a minutes tinnitus every couple of months is the weirdest thing.

Oh I’m reading and making sure I understand everything. I usually write the suggestions into my code myself to try to get it into my fingers. But it is usually basic stuff I haven’t done very often I struggle with. Like building a JSON as an object by adding each part step by step and serializing every input properly, instead of just building the JSON string by hand.

ChatGPT has taught me so much basic programming I should have learned years ago. Don’t know if I’ll remember any of it since Ill just end up pasting my almost working stuff into ChatGPT again once I’m stuck.
