    The moment he has unlimited power,

    He already does. What enforcement mechanism does the Supreme Court have? None.

    If Trump decides he wants to start ignoring the Supreme Court tomorrow, what the hell are they going to do about it? Especially if Congress is on his side?

        He’ll write a supporting argument stating that this does not grant precedence for future cases with other presidents.

      Biden pretty much already went through this dance with student debt relief. Trump will throw a dozen things at the wall all at once in the hope just one thing sticks. There’s only so many judges and hours in the day, so just like with the media he’ll overwhelm the system. Until a judge rules on it, Trump and the whole of the GOP considers his every action legal.
