Summary

Trump is pushing for softer language on Russia’s war in Ukraine, straining G7 unity.

Officials say the U.S. is blocking references to “Russian aggression” and prefers calling it the “Ukraine conflict.”

This shift follows Trump’s peace talks with Putin that excluded Ukraine’s President Zelensky, whom Trump later called a “dictator.”

The change in rhetoric contrasts with Biden-era support for Ukraine and threatens a unified G7 stance.

My wife found XHS (aka RedNote) as well. I did not realize the extent of anti-China propaganda that I had inadvertently bought into, and like you, I was absolutely blown away.

Respectfully you understand that rednote is pro-china propaganda right? Like im not saying china is the absolute worse thing to ever exist but they know how to do propaganda just as well as the US. They have had the same leader in power for years who has been slowly collecting more and more power.

Just because the US is bad doesn’t make china good.
