yeah nah the people of china aren’t the same thing as the judicial system of china
yeah nah the people of china aren’t the same thing as the judicial system of china
it’s a w for the trans people in china not a w for china
I’m dumb, it was prolly running on my i7-3632qm because cycles needs dGPUs for gpu acceleration
it’s still a 12yo processor though
cycles is hilariously usable on weak hardware (though faster hardware is definitely desirable), I tried it on my Intel hd4000 and it somehow works
this is an achievement BECAUSE it’s China, how tf is this a w
wireless keyboards? a good wireless keyboard is more expensive than old thinkpads in my region ._.
Linux on the other hand gained a lot of exp()
the wiki download thing is so nice
typing on phones are so painful…
buy a $50 thinkpad and spare yourself from the pain
shit has the same or better level of infrastructure for a smaller user base
tried pmos with plasma mobile but the browsers were buggy because of my SOC having bad graphics acceleration support in the mainline kernel
chromium is still ‘libre’ though, so I don’t think that’s enough
“chrome was hogging up my ram” is the dumbest part of all of this lmao, this person’s decisionmaking is completely driven by placebo and it’s hilarious
joar jakobsson is swedish too
does ddg not have its own search backend anymore?
could you elaborate on why?
It’s really disappointing seeing Russian contributors being disrespected like this, the regime that rules Russia wasn’t entirely their fault, and allegiance, nationality, and ethnicity are all clearly different things
Also, wouldn’t a state sponsored Russian hacker pretend to be from the US or something anyway? No way they’d contribute code as a Russian, that’d just increase others’ suspicion
I agree with Linus a lot too but I strongly disagree here. I hope he’s just being made to say this because of government policies
If the outlook account is only tied to the minecraft account and Microsoft doesn’t know who made the outlook account, isn’t that pretty safely private? Ofc microsoft can read the emails, but they won’t contain any personal info of OP.
if you want really really good battery life, a good laptop for that seems to be the T480 (8th gen intel).
It’s relatively cheap used and if you get the 24wh internal and 72wh external batteries you can get 96wh in total
you kinda implied it’s a w by the judicial system of china when you made that first comment, otherwise it doesn’t make much sense. A ‘w’ imo usually refers to good brought as a result of a party’s active actions, and if you meant the people when you said china it really wouldn’t make sense because it’s mostly a dictatorship.
anyway I’m good to stop having the argument now, you don’t have to reply
