One thing I don’t understand about organized religion is why they don’t care about being environmently friendly. Isn’t Earth created by God in all of these religions and wouldn’t God by saddened that we are destroying it? Why is it not talked about in churches?

I have literally talked to one person at work, that he might want to try out Linux Mint in VM. Dude have never used Linux, but seems to be skilled enough to install it on his own.

What real work can even be done on any tablet that is not running desktop OS? I guess you could write stuff or edit spreadsheets, but that’s it.

I do that for some random notes, but I prefer app like Obsidian for managing notes/todo lists for some stuff like projects, etc.

I dislike GNOME, but I would still recommend Ubuntu to anyone, because it just works. There’s no reason to recommend Arch Linux or openSUSE etc. if someone never used (GNU/)Linux before.

My UI was actually on the top, and by changing settings it looks like it’s actually other way around. When UI is on the bottom the fixed element on page moves semi-smoothly (there is still a gap during animation), but when UI is on the top it is fucked up completely. When scrolling down the fixed element also scrolls down for a bit before appearing where it should be, and when scrolling up the reverse happens. So it looks like they didn’t account for that users actually use UI on the top and that it can affect fixed elements on the bottom of the page or it’s just bugged because they don’t test their stuff. I guess I need to send a bug report.

When will they fix their mobile version though? As much as I want to use Firefox as much as possible, some websites just refuse to open in mobile Firefox, or not work properly. I have even made a simple website with fixed element on the bottom of the page, and it jumps like crazy when scrolling for whatever reason.

After Ukraine, they are pretty much guaranteed to go after Moldova and rest of Georgia. And expect annexation of Belarus and militarization of area near the baltics next. Whether or not they go after Lithuania/Latvia/Estonia just depends how much Putin is crazy and want to start global conflict.

While I see Ukraine and Moldova in EU in the future if they (we) win, I don’t want Ukraine in EU if it’s fighting a war, since that is just going to create more problem than it solves.

That said we (EU) should definitely support them financially and militarily and don’t depend on USA for that, since they can change their mind any time, if it’s not beneficial for them.
