I hope you’re right but I’m less optimistic about courts.
The thing is this just makes it “cooler” among the Nazis because now it’s illegal. It plays right into their persecution complex. It also opens up a legal morass of trying to define a hand gesture in court. To me this seems like it’s fighting the symptoms and not the underlying problems.

There are some exceptions of egalitarian societies here and there over the past 6000 years but more or less yes.
I’d like him to be eventually prosecuted, but chronologically. So prosecute every corporate murderer, every war criminal former president, every judge who sentenced innocent people to their deaths, etc. Prosecute all of the murderers who are currently free, and when you’re done with all of them, you can prosecute this guy.
A lot of people have aspirations of themselves being rich and if they can vote like rich people they participate in the rich aesthetic.
I tried Zotero/Libre with Ubuntu and it had some bugs. Unfortunately I don’t have time to troubleshoot software combinations or go into source code… I’m just a user.

There’s something called an environmental Kuznets curve that suggests that a population will sacrifice environmental health to industrial degradation in favor of per capita income up to a point, after which they are affluent enough to care, and after this environmental health improves. China seems to be at the inflection point.
Well, capitalism has been hinted at here, but as far as I can see, nobody has suggested that we try to change society so that it’s less oppressive. I realized a while ago that profit doesn’t motivate me, and it sounds like you might have as well. I suggest (in addition to following the excellent medical advice) that you seek out your local socialist organization. Life doesn’t have to be this depressing.
We had an economic plan for this almost a century ago. It was called the “euthenasia of the rentier class” advocated by john Maynard Keynes. I guess we didn’t expect the rentier to also control the financial system.
