The first yes, but the second is a straw man of my argument. I’m curious if you can steel man it

Why must you call me out like this
Hey, whatcha typing this comment on?
He said he’d veto a bill for universal healthcare. That sucks. It just sucks less than trump saying he wants to be a fucking dictator
Crickets lmao
Some 95+% of rapes aren’t convicted
I have shit internet so the audio and stream quality does matter to me - its the universal emojis and sound board that keeps me paying. I’m not ashamed
I’m in one of these shit holes, and what’s frustrating about your attitude is the privilege behind it assuming all of us can leave.
That and healthcare are counted as services iirc, which can contribute to some confusion when you look at 70% ish of the economy being made up of that. But most jobs being created now are like the top commenter said, minimum wage service jobs that don’t meet the needs of employees and aren’t great for customers, either
May I suggest couples counseling if this is how you’re feeling
It’s one position. I assume Biden will keep Harris as his VP, giving a younger option to take over if need be. But there’s fucking hundreds of other positions just as valuable. Those are the ones we should be trying to overturn with primaries imo. Get the house back and widen margins for the Senate.
Just please, if you’re in the US, vote. We had a local election where I’m at recently with <15% turnout. It’s fucking maddening to me that people only show up for the president, and even that is lucky to get >60%.
I’m waiting for a free upgrade to switch to a flip phone. I didn’t want one immediately because I was worried about quality, but from what I hear they’re doing well. Decent compromise for me
Dude I had vanced and it died after YouTube got them to stop updating. You’re saying it’s still going!?
Idk what’s going on, I just know I’m ready for open source options. I’m signed up here and mastodon now and plan to use the duration of the reddit strike to learn more about these platforms, delete my activity on others, and slowly build communities so I’m not reliant on others for news and learning.
I don’t think it’s too difficult to figure out. Seems more like a matter of shifting activity to keep people engaged. I’m far from tech literate, though.
Don’t wanna be an American idiot
