There is no way to impose tariffs on Danish goods. We’re part of the EU, and the inner market, so we’ll just send the goods from some other EU country. So any tariff on Denmark would have to be a tariff on EU.

This is not related to anything the US has been doing. It has been underway some time.

The Danish football association has also stated that they will not participate in a competition where Russia participates.
