The Wi-Fi standard 802.11ah (a.k.a. Wi-Fi HaLow) has not played much of a role in Europe thus far, even though the 802.11ah standard uses a frequency that makes it quite suitable for long-range networking. However, the available bandwidth differs significantly across regions.

Are you actually fully building your own, or are you going to flash, meshtastic? Because apparently, it’s extremely finicky about communication. And if you get one setting different on the modem settings, it won’t talk to anything else except the ones you set up yourself.
